Q. Where are you based and do you have a showroom?
A. We are based in Preston Lancashire. At present, we do not currently have a showroom, as we maintain our value driven prices by operating from a distribution warehouse. Q. Can I collect my purchase?
A. We are unable to allow collection in person at our warehouse. We feel by offering an industry beating FREE DELIVERY service and a no quibble 7 day money back, you can order with the confidence that if your purchase is not to your requirement, you can return it
Q. How can I pay for my purchases?
A: We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. Please remember paying by cheque will slow down the processing of your order by approximately 10 days.
Q: How secure are my credit/debit card details?
A: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card system via RBS Worldpay and Sagepay. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud wherever possible, we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. For additional security, on customer's first orders we will only deliver to the card holders address.
Q: I am looking for a particular product that is not listed on your website.
A: We always list our entire catalogue of furniture on our website, unfortunately if it is not listed we are afraid we will not have it.
Q: I found the product I want to buy but I have seen it cheaper somewhere else.
A: Our prices are already fantastically low, but if you have found an identical product elsewhere, please call us or email us and we will always beat any competitors price.
Q: How long will delivery take on my order
A: Each item ordered will have an anticipated despatch date shown on the delivery terms and conditions page. All products, unless advertised otherwise, are in stock and ready for dispatch. With this in mind, most products will be dispatched within 48 hours, but in some cases next day
Q: What will delivery of my item(s) cost me?
A: We offer free mainland UK delivery on all orders. Certain surcharges apply, please click here to see the delivery surcharge postcodes ( Link to delivery page)
Q: Can you deliver outside mainland UK?
A: We can deliver to Northern Ireland, Eire and overseas. Please e mail for a delivery quote prior to purchase. Alternatively, we can deliver free to you UK point of choice for onward delivery to be arranged by the customer
Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: Please refer to the individual delivery quote given on each item in your order and our terms and conditions. If a product is out of stock and not available for the delivery times quoted you will be contacted and made aware of the delay as soon as possible after placing the order.
Q: Are my goods guaranteed?
A: All of the products sold on this site come with a full one year warranty, which guarantees the product for the first year of ownership.

Q: Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

Q: How do refunds work?
A: In the case that you will be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. i.e. if you pay by credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card. The refund will be made, subject to authorization and checking of goods within 14 days
