It's made from tough Fluoropolymer conducting insulation with PVC outer insulation and is efficient enough to act as a sole heating source.
First measure the total floor area by multiplying the width by the length. Then subtract fixed furniture with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor to prevent hot spots. With the total area minus deductions, deduct an additional 10% as this will allow for the spacing between cables and around the perimeter of the room.
