Upgrade your heating experience with this BodenWärme Electric Underwood Heating Kit with Black iSTAT Thermostat, where innovation meets comfort in every corner of your home. Delivering efficient warmth for laminate and floating engineered wood floors, this mat operates at AC230V +/-10% 50/60Hz and is perfect for eliminating hot or cold spots.
The dual-core wire with a single connection point simplifies installation, while the ultra-thin 1mm encapsulated wire minimises floor height increase. Fluoropolymer insulation and an aluminium mat ensure durability alongside even heat distribution. And for modern convenience, the sleek black iSTAT thermostat features Wi-Fi connectivity, a touchscreen, adaptive learning, and a Key Lock function for security.
You will first need to work out the area of the whole floor space by multiplying the length of the floor by the width. You should then subtract any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eradicate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. When you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and around the perimeter of the room.
