A beautiful flooring solution for those looking to achieve the stylish and elegant appearance of engineered wood flooring but without the hassle of natural timber, the Multipanel Markham Calhoun Oak Click Drop Floor Planks are a luxury vinyl flooring solution that is fully waterproof. It brings a rich light oak finish to your rooms, creating a warm, inviting ambience.

The planks are easy to install, thanks to their click drop design, and do not require adhesives or underlay. Each pack contains eight planks and will cover a total area of 1.84m². Warmer and quieter underfoot compared to laminate, wood and ceramic, the planks is constructed from 5.0mm thick vinyl with a 0.5mm wear layer, making it long-lasting and durable. It has a slip resistance rating of R10, which means it is suitable for areas in homes that may experience humidity or moisture.

  • R Rating (Slip Resistance): R10

Please note:

  • Should you need to trim your planks during installation, use a sharp-bladed Stanley knife to score the surface against a straight edge. Then, snap the plank along the scored line.
  • These floor planks are not suitable for areas exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • With an R10 slip resistance rating, this tile offers a moderate level of protection against slip incidents, making it suitable for domestic areas that occasionally experience moisture or humidity. When used in a bathroom, it is essential you place a bath mat or towel on the floor to reduce the risk of slipping.
